  Been here for lunch multiple times and have enjoyed the brilliant service from one of the most welcoming and positive staff members at this place. Lana ensures that every visit of ours has always been a positive one filled with good vibes. She has always made sure we were recognized and always served with the highest quality of customer service.

  Great food that's value for money that comes in generous servings. Fast service even on busy days with friendly service. There is a huge menu with entrees, mains, desserts, pizzas and pastas. There are great vegetarian options too. The Cannoli was the best out of what we ordered. There was 3 big cannolis on a plate. In the winter, you want to sit inside at a restaurant but this isn't the case at Criniti's Parramatta, the outside is just as warm. They have heating inside and outside the restaurant.

  Customer service coming from Leo was excellent. He was very helpful and kind. Whereas David - (Manager) came off as being very rude to his colleague. Felt very uncomfortable when he was around. All Leo (waiter) was trying to do is help us complete our order. And from Davids view. It was taken the wrong way and dealt with very unprofessionally, to the point where David was telling Leo off, and it was in front of all the customers. Very disrespectful & unethical.
